you know your speedo isnt accurate give ot take 10% eg say your speedo says your going 44 but your real speed given by the GPS is 40 do the cameras give you the GPS or speedo 10% rule so you could be going 48 in speedo terms but in GPS term your going 44 or somewhere around these guidlines.

Sorry if it doesnt make any sense i can barely understand my self!!!

The prosecution threshold is usually 10% + 2mph as per the ACPO guidelines (Code of practice?), although in theory you can be prosecuted at any speed over the limit.

This been the case if you were doing less than 46mph then you are unlikely to hear anything. Oh and your speedo can under read by 10% but should not over read at all.

Was it a police car or camera van that you saw?

If that's the case I shouldn't worry too greatly. If your speedo was only a blip above 40 then you were probably doing less than 40 and probably nowhere near the threshold.

Well Ronina80 you must be getting very worried, from what I can see you are concerned with about five incidences !
Since you say that you have had five years of trouble free driving has something changed in the last year to cause this change? eg new glasses with fat rims or something?
