If Bluecaps where not operating Laser guns and doing parking tickets... then wether I like it or not .. they would at least be patrolling the streets ( God help us)

If they were patrolling and not dishing tickets out, or evicting people from
there homes .. then they MIGHT be doing something a LITTLE bit useful !!!!

PUT SIMPLY ... why are they doing radar gun, and parking tickets (REVENUE and EASY) and not supporting COMMUNITIES ?

SIMPLE SACK THE LOT OF THEM !!!!! now AND USE THE MONEY ON THE REAL Policemen IS THAT SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR YOU !!!!!!!

There was no choice that needed to be made. There were two PCSOs present - one could have radioed, the other jumped in.
If the PSCOs really aren't able to make a decision like that then I'm afraid I'm going to have to side with Andy and his sentiments.

Im just saying that we don't know all the facts so how can we criticise? You can't assume however tempting!

Im not sure if repeating the same 3 or 4 statements over and over again is an attempt by Andy to wind people up or whether hes all there! Relax Andy! That chip on your shoulder isn't healthy! Not many kids are getting shot on the streets... relax!

Two men fishing nearby, members of the public gave help to these kids.. they went in !!!!

What real reason could there possibly be to prevent them going in? Even being unable to swim doesn't count (find something buoyant and paddle).

Dial 999 and ask for the REAL POlice, and not the bluecaps, COS they might NOT be trained to stop your house being screwed..they may even stand and watch !!!

Wife has clean licence for 20 years..does 20 years driving no cons till she was confronted by two blueys seem like a bad dangerous driver to you..

Blueys get it wrong .. ok so 3 points fine will be gone in year or two. The harm these blueys cause to police public relations will last futher than 3 years... does that not explain something to you ..
