This is true but compare that to the millions who are fairly nicked. IIRC, it was stated by Vonhosen that 14% of speeding cases are dropped (he never did give me a source for that). So is it worth a steeper penalty for a small chance of none? Furthermore, the people who do fight tend to have a basis for a case whereas the OP clearly doesn’t. Of course he could simply make something up but AtPtCoJ carries much steeper penalties.

True, but the OP is unlikely to get Freeman representing him. Besides, that achievement was a while ago, the system is a lot tighter now and his current rate isn’t so great.
