Hi,
If you accept the Conditional Offer and pay up, what happens next?
Do 'they' electronically 'add' points, or must you send the actual licence to DVLA?

You have to send your licence back with your confession and £60. If you do not enclose your licence they will add the points electronically and hound you for your licence
