proving who was driving?

Hi

A couple of weeks ago my car was clocked doing 60 in a 50 zone.

A penalty notice came, fair enough, however both me and my husband drive the car and we are now unsure (and arguing) over who was driving.

The penalty says photographic evidence is available but only if we go to court.

What should I do?

Contact the SCP (or whatever they call themselves these days) and explain the situation.

Keep copies/notes of all correspondence in case you have to prove you made every effort to determine the driver.
