Well I suppose it was inevitable, helping a friend take his kids to Wales for a holiday, got one, NIP arrived yesterday!

Any advice? Are there any avenues left after the ECHR judgement?

I had to laugh, he gave me £100 to take them, cost me £120 in fuel and now £60 in fines. Oh well. They all had a good time.

What was the speed, location etc. - type of camera.
Were you actually over the 10% + 2?

Firstly - ASK TO SEE THE PICTURES - it might not be you. My first ticket arrived for my wifes car (registered in my name) and when I checked the date, we were on holiday in France.
Needless to say they would not show the pictures, but insisted I find out who had been driving the car while we were away!!!!
