An important member of the public, and someone who has been described as "a pillar of society", was caught doing 90mph in a 60mph limit whilst on holiday in North Wales in May 2007.
He has already had 2 speeding convictions from 2004 I believe.

What should he do?

I believe that he has good connections with the police, would this make a difference?

I have also heard that a well known lawyer sometimes referred to as "Mr. Loophole" has offered his services.
Should he make use of this kind offer?

I would approach a celebrity lawyer, one who is well known for getting people off traffic offenses, if anyone knows one....

Mind you, he might try for a MacKenzie Brief.

Difficult one, though. It is in North Wales. And it might be best if he could find a friend to represent him who he knows well and who can speak Welsh.

Does he know anybody like that, I wonder? :stirthepot: :D
