im not contesting fact i was speeding, im saying i wasnt doing 110 if i was reading 102 it was prob a real 95 ish

point is they are full of bull, i didnt cross hatched area, the whole point why i overtook quickly was so i wouldnt...its amazing what negative spin they put on it to get a "collar"

i am indeed taking advice elsewhere, and we have a good case, and anyone reading this take note - get a legal specialist, who can help you!

Firstly welcome to the site, and I think your best bet would be to get over to Pepipoo as chances are they will be able to give much better advice than most people here (I guess so anyway, they specialise in this).

In my opinion you can't really contest the fact you were speeding, even if they only clocked you at 100mph with an uncalibrated speedo you were probably still pushing 90mph, and you said yourself you read 100/102mph at one stage. You can't go to court and say you were doing less than that speed as you have admitted that on a public forum. It may be in your best interests not to lie in court, this will just cause hassle for you, perjury is more serious and will land you in a lot deeper trouble than a simple driving offence.

From looking at the statements I would say you are lucky they are only looking to prosecute you for speeding and not careless/dangerous driving. It is mentioned in one of the statements that you crossed a hatched area (which I assume is surrounded by a solid white line), after swerving sharply around a slower moving vehicle...

Try pepipoo for advice.
