Hi, i have been cought doing 36 in a 30.

I have recieved a letter saying i can go to court, or pay the fine and get penilty points, or attend a speed awareness course, i would rather attend the course but i've attended one like this before, it was based in wales though, and this one is based in merseyside.

It says you cannot attend if you have attended a speed awareness course in the past 3 years, will i get accepted if i apply?

Mike

When did you attend the last course?

How are you meant to know if they meant a speed awareness course in the whole of UK or just in that area ;)?

Hi, i attended the one in wales just last year, might have been about september something like that.

On the letter is saying if i have attended 'a speed awareness course in the last 3 years' so i think it means any, but why would they send me the application form, i have to put my drivers number on it so maybe they'll see i have done one from that?

I might just apply anyway, if they accept me then it will save my points.
