I have recently received an NIP from Warwickshire constabulary for speeding on the A45 Royton Rd. I am thinking of appealing or taking to court as I do not believe the camera was accurate. I live in London so would be difficult for me to go back and check it out. Does anyone have any idea what my chances would be if I challenge this?
