Hi

I am hoping one of you can help!

Does anyone know of any court cases which have been dismissed because the police officer had his radio/mobile in use whilst taking a speed measurement using a laser device?

The officer who stopped me has admitted having his patrol car tetra radio and his mobile phone switched on whilst "zapping" me with his gun.

I know this is against the ACPO guidelines and I feel it could have interfered with the speed given on his laser device.

Any help would be appreciated!
