sorry, just to clarify- you intimate that 6mins woud be impossible to make the distance of several miles.
If you can give the exact amount of miles that would help - as to whether you could or couldn't be there in that time.

Although the term "several" is rather generic, you would be hard pushed to cover 2 miles in London inside of 6 minutes.

However, Gallions Reach to Chingford is a total distance of 11.4 miles taking the most direct route (A406 > A104 > A1009 > B146 > A110). To cover that distance in 6 minutes you would have to sit at approximately 112 mph all the way from beginning to end (which in reality means you would have to top 140 mph).

factor in parking, getting into the shop, finding what you're after, queueing and finally paying and you'd be hard pushed to get next door in under 6 minutes.
