Check out "pepipoo" or sub -forum "I'm being Prosecuted"

Rule of thumb - they have 14 days to issue NOIP. If you were driving a company car - and this went to your employers who named you as the driver - then this will account for some delay. Likewise if you were in a hired/leased vehicle.

I am sure Pauil will move to correct place - but out of interest - where/what speed /Gatso/Mobile/Cop? What were the road conditions at the time? Was it approaching a hazard like a bend/pinch point/crossing?

Guys at Pepipoo are better equipped in knowledge - but I'm more interested in road condition, your story and what you may have learned from this in terms of driving skill and accident prevention

If you're the registered keeper it's 'out of time' and finished.

But I bet you're not the registered keeper.
