hi does anyone know if drink drive (dr10) and drunk in charge of a motor vehicle is deemed as criminal or motoring offences
thanks in advance

All motoring offences are 'criminal' except 'decriminalised' parking offences.

However minor motoring offences are not 'recordable' and do not contribute to a criminal record. Any offence that may carry a prison sentence is a recordable offence and does contribute to a criminal record.

I'm pretty sure DR10 is recordable. I'm not sure about DiC.
