Usually I get angry but in all honesty I couldn't give a toss. My respect for the law has erroded so much over the last couple of years I really can't muster up any genuine remorse or anger about possibly getting another 3 points.
I just don't care
I used to be so concientious. I think it's sad I have such little regard for the laws of a country I once held dear.

That's about the size of it for me, too. A few years ago, I'd have been echoing the sentiments of the "if you don't want a ticket, you shouldn't speed" brigade, because I - naively, as it now appears - saw the idea of speed cameras as an impartial replacement for traffic police, which would eliminate the old "you're only pulling me because...".
Now, though, I think that the police/safety camera partnerships have squandered any goodwill they might otherwise have had: in using speed cameras as a revenue-generating tool rather than using them responsibly, and in connection with other measures, as a general tool for improvement of road safety, the moral justification has been lost.
Like you, I feel that speed cameras are just another facet of a State that seems obsessed with the idea of grabbing money off us by whatever means, using whatever justifications, no matter how thinly veiled they might be with finger-wagging moral overtones.
It's very sad.
