Yes... Ern NAS are well worthy as a cause. I have booked hold to do this myself. My mates have pledged ... I will make cash for them on my bicycle.

. then sign up to this cause. NAS need help badly.. as do the children afflicted with this through no fault of their own and their parents who just need a week off duty once per year!
I put my money where my mouth is. I ride that bike every hard mile to help someone. Not "easy rides" but the ones which make you earn the sponsored cash in sweat and endeavour. Yeahh .. I admit it's better than "chugging"
By riding .. am not "in someone's face"... I bartered for sponsorship per mile or "completion" in advance. I can guarantee the minimum sponsorship.. and am more or less certain of the rest anyways
But whatever... please support all good causes with whatever you can spare to give them . They do need and use that cash. It really does not matter as to how much or how little... most welcome each penny.
