Oooh .. the cyclist mag has pounced on a Waily article about running being "bad for your appearance!"

All that bounciing up and down.. can cause premature wrinkling

In fact .. CW reckons all exercise - apart from running - is "good for you and keeps us young and beautiful.

(Dunno .. those wimmin runnder look pretty good to me and photos of Linford and Coe look OK to me for their ages  )

Apparently the blood fow to the face gives a healty complexion.. some call it "ruddy" and other "rosy"

However, eating your veggies also keep the wrinklies away too

However, one for the helmet  - it protects against the sun ... so helmet.. goggles, moisturiser to keep the skin shielded against the rain wind and other element which "weather beat it and wrinkle it" is more beneficial to keeping the wrinkles at bay.

Though  sitting in a car and going to the gym to use the spin machine in winter .. probably has the same effect :boxedin:

Take with a chuckle or a grain of salt
Drive without COAST and it's all your own fault!

A SMILE is a curve that sets everything straight (P Diller).

A Smiley Per post

Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon - but driving with a smile and a COAST calm mind.
