To be fair, I know what dcb is talking about; not that I speak for anyone else here - obviously.
It’s the difference between a typo, which we can all do, and difficult to unravel sentences. (Not aiming this at anyone BTW). There are many things which bug me that people don't do, like use a capital letter in names and at the start of sentences, but so long as I can get the drift I’m a happy camper.
Now then..
If you’ve ever seen those target looking things wot stick out the side of bikes to make cars give you a bit more room, which don’t work, you should have a spike on the end. Once drivers catch on they’ll show a little more consideration for us.
That’s my annual ‘spike post’ for this year. Makes a change from being in the centre of the steering wheel this time
