It seems daft to me as well that no positive action is being taken against the stupid morons who put them selves and others in danger by using the Network to get from A to B.
We have a policy that all pedestrians get fined this way it stops the regular ones who know that they will get a free lift to their destination.
On nights at weekend end and attended 5 incidents of pedestrians 2 of which were located others must have made it off prior to my arrival,there were other patrols all over the Merseyside,Lancs and Cheshire areas of Network who were responding to similar reports.
