:gatso2: Currently on a social network. This video shows a biker colliding with a cyclist. You decide who's to blame.

A motorbike rider who knocked over cyclist and uploaded the footage to YouTube may have actually incriminated himself.

This video, captured by the biker’s head-cam, shows him moving into a clearly-marked London bike lane before accelerating past the unwitting cyclist, clipping his left arm and knocking him to the ground.

Rather than help the cyclist up, the biker lays into him for a variety of sins, including using his phone while riding and cycling in the wrong part of the lane.

A police officer arrives on the scene but is unable to assess what actually happened.

The rider, believed to be a member of the Ducati Dragons motorcycling group, has since removed the video and their YouTube account, but an edited clip reposted by another YouTube user has started a debate about which road user was actually at fault.

Watch and decide for yourself.

Was the motorcyclist riding in a cycle lane?

Pretty obvious dangerously aggressive riding by the motorcyclist but mitigated by the fact that another cyclist have safely jumped a red light some time later.
