Not a very in depth article, but certainly we all need to be aware and courteous to each other on the road.
The ability to allow for each others predictable and unpredictable behaviour is necessary to help keep ourselves safe. However to exercise unpredictable behaviour is potentially very dangerous and ought to be discouraged at all levels.
There was no real info about the accident so hard to discuss what may have happened ... unless someone happens upon the facts or at least further data?
