Silky smooth les don't just make your muscles look bigger - there is a definite aerodynamic gain in shaving..

Look it says this on page 33 ....Honest!

According to research in Germany - hairless legs will make you ride 0.6% faster

Better clean the car then and polish it,,, blimey if smooth does that to legs.... 8-)

Yhis may seem inignicant - but in a 25 mile time trial - this handful of seconds can be all the difference between colour of a medal or even a place on the rostrum. Over a longer race - the gains are more significant

Hmm! speed matters then

Most importantly in the event of a crash - less infection! Keeping legs like silk should become part of every serious cyclist's preparation

Tried it once, girlfriend thought it was bloody hilarious, never again !!

RAF did play about with polishing aircraft and found increased fuel savings all our yellow SAR helicopters were cleaned and polished, the DPM ones were a matt paint finish and also more thirsty.

If you are going to take things to that extent then do you really need both arms? Think of the wind resistance of a whole limb!

The least you could do is remove half a dozen fingers.
