To be fair, I don't believe Paul is using the word 'cause' to attatch culpability to the cyclist.
The motorist moved out 'because' the cyclist was there, the fact that he did so was the blameworthy action.
Yep Rigs - the driver should have waited for a safer overtaking opportunity. After all - unless there was a blind bend or a hump - also a nono for an overtake in any case - then he should have
seen ferg in his car.
Cyclists? Too many appear nervous of adopting a primary position. Why I would most certainly recommend anyone who returns to cycling for pleasure, commutes or both to consider spending a pleasant two hours or so with a trained Cycling Instructor.
You do enjoy things more if you take pride in doing it to best of your skills
