The closest I have come to an accident, (not fatal), which would have been my fault was a close rear-ending of someone on the road when I have been distracted looking at a sexy bra-less girl wearing a diaphanous tee-shirt and short pants. (Well, I'm only a red-blooded heterosexual male after all). I think the guys in front of me were doing the same to be fair.
Another time was when I was pulling up to a 'T' junction. The whole area was very open so you could see all around on the approach. You didn't need to come to a complete stop, however the guy in front didn't think so. He waited until he was at the junction and stopped before looking and then went on to wait for a gap the size of the English channel before pulling onto the main road. I didn't hit his car and I know it's my own fault for assuming he would keep the momentum going but I guess it's the city mentality of 'what the

are you waiting for, get on with it!'.
That was a long time ago and I am wiser now. Not sure if I could resist the first case again though
