Just Thought I would add a postscript to this.

In the End I got legged over by my Ins Co. It went 50:50.

The other driver lied in that he stated that it was me that went over the line and hit him.
No witnesses so impossible to prove. I tried to get it into court but they would not go with it.

Other party stated in his report that the accident took place 3 months later than it actually did but they took no notice of that either

I not bitter .... Honestly
