The Guy in the black SUV who braked hard was *certainly* on the ball!

The part that is seriously disturbing for me is that moments prior to the car entering the scene, a cyclist rides across the road and there are two pedestrians only a car width away from that lane as well.

This would have to be the closest call I have ever seen.

With any luck he/she crashed into something solid, which did not involve anyone but him/her self, further on. What a total lunatic.
