Well the motorcyclist :
I assume he is allowed to go right on a red (as far as I know he can),
Error 5) Failed to allow for others to recognise his acceleration,
Error 6) He failed to recognise the potential hazard developing,
Error 7 reacted very late in recognising & slowing down, once the hazard developed,
Error 8) did not allow for the vehicle to pull out with the bus slowing, so seemed surprised
failed to slow earlier when he saw the vehicles
STILL fails to slow for the pedestrian and busy traffic ahead after wards !

Error 1 ) The bus pull out on the 4x4 - yes I think so.

Error 2) The overtaking vehicle fails to allow that the bus stop might have a bus pull out
Error 3) 4x4 fails to : recognise the bike / approaching speed / look but did not see - don't think any SMIDSY behind any dashboard items ....
Error 4) carries on with overtake when they should have stopped, and then carry on as quick as their slow reacting vehicle (or not enough 'gas' applied) 'anyway' no matter what else is on the road [assumption - annoyed at bus]
