A well documented fight which has gone so far beyond the £60 3 points stage. It's hard to imagine the legal system needs to make SUCH an example of one man.

actually it's the other way around, the man is GOING AFTER the legal system, for the better of the citizens of the country, that's why the government is the one pissed, and sending police and threatening to kill and silence him

it's just a pity why there aren't more of these type of people, why aren't there more supporters and why the majority of the world have become so ignorant?

I've called - no answer

I've emailed - no response

The next stage is to go up for a weekend & see if David's still residing at the address I have, if not ask the neighbours, investigate further.

David's my expert witness at a trial booked for 4 hours in January.

Has anyone reading this got a clue as to how I can find out if he is still around at all? I do hope he's ok. I know his health was not the best, plus there were attacks coming from all angles due to his determination to find the truth, which intensified in the weeks leading up to his "disappearance".

I hate to say it because I think the guy's heart is in the right place, but are you really sure you want a vexatious litigant appearing as part of your defence?
