Anyway, the kids wouldn't be looking at the cars, seeing as how they've had no meaningful road-safety training. They'd all be too busy messing around in large groups, milling off the pavements without looking and shoving their mates. At least the car wasn't speeding, so they were all completely safe!

When i was a garduate engineer i was working a nghtshift one evening setting out at the side of the road...the same thing happened....except I missed the lot, i was bending over spraying marks on the road!!
