Sorry but I dont see how this has any importance to speed issues at all. A simple error and minor speed excess under unusual circumstances doesnt warrant aligning it with the 'SPEED KILLS' mob or any other extremist group

. Though I myself do like to rattle those self appointed nannies whenever there is a good point or piece of evidence. But its often a waste of time as with ALL extremist groups...they have an objective that cannot be changed or amended even by facts/common sense or truth.
