Some body in Fyfe got fined and banned for doing was it 156 while on the phone. Did some one not get way with driving (an inferior car) at 150ish on M54 resently? It would appear Mr M3 driver needs to fit some flashing lights to his car. Perhaps driving while on the phone is not that dangerous either, after all he killed no one. Didn't even crash...

AH, but bloke on m54 was trying his car out - he didn't need a phone - he had a radio (not an offence , only phones are)

I'm surprised he didn't dispute it as BMWs are limited to 155. :lol:
