I have already paid for my License entitling me to drive till I am 70, why should I be made to pay again? :o

another thing is that friends of mine have changed from paper to photocard Licenses and lost their Motorcycle or HGV entitlement and even though some had the foresight to copy their Licences the DVLA were having none of it and they had to re take their Tests!
