im not sure where i read it. but i saw somewhere that each individual bulb on the display has a sensor on it.. should that bulb either not be working or display a speed different to what should it should be. the gatso wont operate..
though id guess a computer printout from whoever sets the limit saying what the limit was isnt evidence .. or am i wrong?
