:gatso2: Can anyone translate this Daily Wail report into coherent English? Was this accident caused by the driver travelling at 30mph?

No, the report states that CRUMPLE damage indicated the speed (impact speed) at 30 mph.
There seems no reported speed prior to the impact, but it indicates a far higher speed - abnormally fast I think the words said.
