hmmm well i think we could discuss any one of those points at length!

i'll pick this one for startes tho:

on my commute, the biggest dangers come when there is little differential speed between myself and the traffic.

assuming the lane is wide enough if the car can get past at >10mph relative to me its not usually a problem... it's when i'm doing 18mph vs a car doing 20mph say there's a prolonged period available to get squished.

oh.. and what exactly constitutes a TRO ?
