You should make an FOI request for the number of ACCIDENTS, and the number of KSI / slight injuries.

It sounds like they have something to hide, and dont want anyone killing the goose which is laying their golden eggs! :wink:
If large numbers of drivers have been penalised for ignoring the limit, and yet there have been no accidents, it slightly dispells the need to have the limit set so low! :shock:

from the little bit i know about roadworks there does not have to be an accident history to set up their little traps, just the safety of the work force :roll: :roll: yeah right,
