On this news bulletin, I heard an advance report of a speech to be made next week by a senior police officer which would say that speed cameras have alienated the public from the police and were ineffective in reducing accidents.

I immediately went to the BBC website to read this and .... I can't find it anywhere.

BBC bias, warned off by TPTB (or my stupidity)?
