I'm new to the forums and was wondering whether anybody could help me.

Today i was driving this afternoon i saw vehicle (vauxell ) with flashing sign on the back window indecate (DVLA CHECK) with on stand camera out side the car does this check include speeding!!!!!!!! because i was doing 55mph on 50 road.

I don't believe so; that set up sounds like a check to make sure your vehicle is taxed and insured.

Chances are if you were doing 50 then you'll be Ok anyway. Speedos usually overread by a little bit (but not GPS speedos) and the trigger threshold for enforcement will be set higher than a true 55.

but my car is taxed and insured, i am just worried about speed

Also chances are that your numberplate, the date & time and location are now on a government database.
