There are a variety of ways to 'quality control' decision making where that decision is important and accountability needs to be maintained. In the NHS we require 2 signatures for the administration of controlled drugs by nurses. In some circumstances Health Care Assistants in the community administer prescription drugs with two signatures. -One dispenses & administers, the other one watches, both sign.
