I found this on one of the Manx forums. It makes very interesting reading, especially the link to a report. Or is it a spoof report?

I can relate to this. If you are driving briskly your concentration levels are far higher than if you dawdling along in a line of traffic or trying to keep to a speed limit that is too slow for the road conditions.

Well can appreciate those sentiments ... but I haven't been able to view the file ! Claims I lack permission so is that 'cos I have to register with the forum ?
Can anyone send the report to me ... I have probs with many comms at the moment but should all be OK again soon - I hope.
