People who speed do not necessarily need any 'training'.
What is 'awareness training' anyway? With no quality control, or consistency who is to say that any of them do any good whatsoever, since many might miss the whole point (of what is going on).
Then why is there only 'training'
after committing a 'technical infringement'? If it is about true road safety the information and courses will be available prior to profiteering.

No they realise that they have been loosing 'customer's, so, not only is there an increase in the speed entrance level, but also the types of courses too ... (more on this soon), as rumour has it that there are additional (further infringements) courses to be offered soon.
