Speed camera planking
Police have released this image of two men they would like to speak to over an alleged planking incident on a speed camera.
POLICE are investigating damage caused to a fixed speed camera on the Warrego Highway in what is believed to be a 'planking' incident.
A man climbed up the pole supporting the camera near Redwood in late April or early May, possibly on the weekend of April 30 and May 1, before lying across the camera and having his photograph taken.
The casing of the camera was damaged by the man lying on it.
Police would like to speak to the two males and are asking them to come forward as they may be able to assist with investigations.
It is believed that a number of vehicles may also have driven past at the time and police are urging the drivers to contact them.
Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or crimestoppers.com.au 24hrs a day.
