Good point well made - although I don't think he is supposed to leave his vehicle and walk up and down the motorway, even in a queue!

This seems to be a recent thing. People jumping out of their cars and lounging around on the m/way during a gridlock. I remember sections of the M1 had ground to a halt and people were letting their kids play football in the road between cars. I'm a biker. I don't stop for traffic jams. Yet having to navigate round people standing around having a chat, unthinking imbeciles swinging their doors open (including one truck driver who nearly took my head off!) and worse still people allowing their kids to run about on m/ways not thinking they are still dangerous places and that some traffic can still move between the cars.

Rant over...

As for the video. He has a point.
