And just make sure you bring your wallet with you and that green piece of paper show we can mark it to show you have made the Sixt Quid donation.

We're told that exceeding the speed limit is dangerous - we might kill people x times over.

But when the BiB exceed the limit by NINETY MILES AN HOUR, it all okay.

Pot kettle and black come to mind.

As for the phrase "Quack Quack", I have this thing about ducks, you'll see it elsewhere on this board

YEP Paul nn - had that feeling some years ago -reported pile of junk to "seniour officer" in range rover parked in middle of roundabout . set of up road (a 4123, bham - wolv) with hgv behind - i was tailgated and put foot down - 4 miles up i gets stopped - at that time was £32 and 3 points - no mention of hgv on my tail - only offence being committed was my "being over limit" - had plod being dooing duty then i would have been cleared and hgv done.
Aparently "Senior officer" was under "pressure" to stop accidents on this road caused by "excessive speed"
Now i would not use this road after 4pm because i did not feel safe with tailgaiting/ high speed problems etc - but he could mount an excercise at 2pm when all was quiete to justify this.
Who was right - me or him??
I was exceeding limit by about 5 mph.
Perhaps some of us should get in car video systems and record the mad antics of our so called professional police drivers.
Once upon a time i treated PC traffic officer with respect as i believed his skills were superior - now i would love to get pc plod on skid pan/ narrow road etc and give him a very red face.
The traficpols i see now have a long way to go to compare with those i have asked for advice in the past - Ian H and IG seem to be the excewptions.
