I have seen some reports recently about ASBOs being applied to driving offences. I can't make my mind up about these. In the face of it it look like you don't need the same degree of proof or police evidence to obtain an ASBO. It can be processed from civilian complaints.

Must potentialy open the floog gate for complaints from amature speed camera wielding little old ladies to get drivers busted.

What do you think?

Take something that isn't a solution to anything and apply it to something that isn't a problem. Appeals on a knee-jerk emotional level to anyone who doesn't actually take the time to think about it.

Yup, I would guess that this idea could have some serious political mileage in it.

Bonus points if you can work out how to make it turn a profit.
