Whoooah,

Out of 2 million offences 673,137 were either withdrawn or dismissed, strewth!!!

But hang on, it says that there were 2,127,012 total offenses then it goes on to say that 3,100,460 FPN's were issue how does that work, am i missing something here?

It's 2.1 million that went to court, 3.1 million FPNs issued.
