Hi,

I have this morning sent my first FOI request to B* Borough Council. I have asked for policies, procedures, board minutes, emails etc relating to the legality of Parkwise and Decriminalised parking enforcement with regard to the Bill of Rights and the metric martyrs judgement.

My question is should I repeat the request to all local authorities who operate the DPE in order to build a better picture or will they all be serviced centrally?
