Hi all,

In the opinion of a specialist in European and International Law, the ECHR has decided that the right to remain silent applies to Section 172 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 – this link has more details.

There are currently two outstanding unsigned form cases that are listed for trial:

1) Bath Magistrates’ Court on the afternoon 9th August
2) Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on 11th August

In anticipation of the courts ignoring the arguments, it is intended to bring the matter before the High Court as part of this ongoing appeal.
