Is there any legal reason why you couldn't video other drivers driving badly while you are driving around in your own car? Would the legal reason be changed or removed depending on what you did with the video? eg if you put in on a website 'just look at this idiot!' or if you passed it onto the police with a witness statement? Would there be anything you needed to do eg register with the data protection registrar or have a large sign in the vehicle saying 'camera car' or similar?
