BBC Story

On my local news tonight, a reporter stated that he'd made two FOI requests: one for the number convicted for speeding along this stretch of road, and IIRC one for disclosure of the date on which the sign was replace. The Devon & Cornwall pratnership allegedly refused to provide the information. <fe>I wonder just what they have to hide</fe>

"three wrongs don't make a right"

This approach has been endorsed by Attorney General ever since 1951. CPS Code

15 court hearings?

#*!$%!

How can anyone think this is justice? They were obviously putting pressure on him to fold and take the hit. Why do the magistrates allow it?

If the court now awards the defendant less than £4000 in costs it will be strong evidence that my accusation here is correct, and I may just take fisherman's suggestion and report the courts concerned.
